Really nice looking car there mate.

All the issues you mentioned seen pretty trivial and fairly easy to sort. My last lude before this one was a black 2000 sport much the same as yours. Between that and my new black one we have Similar issues too. Non working heated seat, door locks not Working properly, siezed calipers, corroded wheels.

I think all the 2000 alloy wheels seem to be corroded. Mine were the same. Considering refurbish them soon. Made by Enkei as well which I hasn't realised before.

Thanks for all the kind messages guys, It's not a beauty like that red 4th gen I have to look at EVERY time I log in reminding how much of a pig my car is lol but it will do for now :)
How do sort the door lock problems? Will have to get a whole new set?
I want to refurbish the alloys but ther in the conservatory at the moment and I'm getting Agro from herself to shift them so I might have to sell them :(

What doesn't work about the drivers door lock? Where doesn't it lock/unlock from? The key, or remote?
 I'm sure I've read about this problem on 5th gens before on here? :?

doing these jobs bit by bit is what makes a tatty car stunning. Keep it up and I look forward to seeing the progress as you go.

Few bits done to it, got a front strut off Mercutio and stuck that on and removed the resonator
