Really nice looking car there mate.
All the issues you mentioned seen pretty trivial and fairly easy to sort. My last lude before this one was a black 2000 sport much the same as yours. Between that and my new black one we have Similar issues too. Non working heated seat, door locks not Working properly, siezed calipers, corroded wheels.
I think all the 2000 alloy wheels seem to be corroded. Mine were the same. Considering refurbish them soon. Made by Enkei as well which I hasn't realised before.

Re: Bit of a Pig but i love it
Thanks for all the kind messages guys, It's not a beauty like that red 4th gen I have to look at EVERY time I log in reminding how much of a pig my car is lol but it will do for now
How do sort the door lock problems? Will have to get a whole new set?
I want to refurbish the alloys but ther in the conservatory at the moment and I'm getting Agro from herself to shift them so I might have to sell them

Weather was good so gave the car a wash and polished it came up nice
You can see the new back box I added it isn't too loud and sounds nice

New exhaust
Will be up in Manchester next week or the week after and I will have a front strut brace and a front drivers side head light ( mine is full of condensation)

I've just seen that I never updated that put in a fresher engine
A few months ago I swapped my smokey old hi miler for a cleaner lower miles engine
