You know I was saying that' my CF bonnet doesn't have indent (the indents tell you where to drill the holes for the bonnet spoiler bolt).. Actually turns out that the do have indents... Just really small ones compared to the oem.. So well happy with my bonnet.. :D
those indents were slightly out. I had to elongate the holes to move the spoiler over more as it fitted with a slight overhang first time.

The holes are fine it's the angle that you drill that makes the difference.

Nitin I'll do it. I picking up a carbon bonnet soon and I'm drilling that. On my oem bonnet I went as 90 degrees as possible to the bonnet and then widened it abit so I can fine tune it.

i agree the angle of the drill does affect the exit position. but i did it with the bonnet off the car on a windscteen stand. i know how to drill a hole. eye up 90 degrees from 2 different positions. but my point is that it was not central. it was over to the right more not forward or backward on one side. also if i drilled one side differently to the other then the 2 bolts wouldnt have lined up by being to narrow or to wide apart and they were perfect. the distance from the edge of the bonnet was perfect not the corners and its still slightly out. but the tape had grabbed to much at this point. grr. so it had to stay.
