Hey guys, we bit of an update :D

Painted and fitted the ek9 rep lip

Won a set of rx7 fd3s seats on ebay for £20 :D had to fabricate and chop up the civic rails to get them to fit :0
Most bolt holes lined up perfectly and as the rx7 pans are thick fiberglass It was easier to drill holes for bolts
The civic rail had the recliner built in and the rx7 on was not only bigger.. but separate from the rails, didnt want them welded in because of past experience.

So..

Choped the recliner bit off

Then that left the other rail, back bolts lines up perfect and for the front one I drilled a hole right through and used a big bolt with a spacer ( also had to use a 15mm spacer for all bolt holes as the civic mounting holed are wider apart !
Done this on the other rail aswell

Test fitted and its SOLID!

Built up the rest of the plastics and fitted the other seat!

Looks and feels great ! Big improvement over the standard seats :)

Painted the new wing.

Fitted and attended japfest at knockhill :D

not updated in a while...

went and spent About a grand on the next part of the build, time for some boost ;)

got myself a td04
ebay intercooler
hks bov
cusco oil cooler
cusco lines
cusco thermostatic sandwich plate
oil pressure and temp gauges
full new exaushst
rc injectors
turbo timer etc etc :)

went ahead and fitted the turbo ;)

We got an oil relocation kit as the sandwich plate wouldn't fit past the bits on the block and also got a skunk2 2.5" cat back for a bit of an upgrade from standard.

Not got all the pics but will upload more later ;)

Sounds interesting. You should remove the oil pressure sensor from the sandwich plate and install a capillary line to the sensor. It gets round the chance that the oil pressure sender will snap off the sandwich plate and piss oil everywhere ;)
