Droplink Question

Post by Gayno » Mon Jan 27, 2014 9:35 pm

Got my new droplinks through from Langdon4x4.

The fronts have these green plastic covers on.....

Do these need to stay on, or do I remove them before fitting??

Remove mate :)

It's just to protect the boot until it's fitted and most of the shaft will disappear when it's fitted to.

Yeah I thought so, but wanted to check it wasn't some sort of protector for the rubber dust boot, as I know they're now checked thoroughly on the MOT ;)

Also the rears don't have them, so it didn't match up!!

Gayno = :facepalm: + :tosser:

They say everything has an opposite.

ying and yang.
che and cha
black and white
good and bad.
stupid and clever.
good luck and bad luck

going by that question adam, someone in the world has just picked the winning lottery ticket and you are to thank for it.
