Hello from Northern Ireland
Hello from Northern Ireland
Just bought a 1998 2l Prelude.
Knowing absolutely nothing about preludes or cars in general to be honest I came across this place while doing a bit of googling.

This is my new motor here.
Like I said I don't know much about cars so brought a mechanic that lives around the corner from me to give it the once over before I bought it. He said it was in good nick.
I always liked the Preludes and due to having to sell my much newer car as I lost my job recently I needed something to get around in so thought why not.

The mechanic fella I brought with me said it's like a new car underneath.
It only has 70k on the clock.
I am really pleased with it, drives very well.
Have a couple of little issues to sort out a problem with the wipers not working at the quickest setting and it needs brake pads which are getting sorted tomorrow. Other than that it looks all good.
Can't find any rust on it anywhere just a slight bubbling around the keyhole on the boot .
Paint code says G-82P
