well ladies and gents today was the day the lude left my possesion :D 8-) to be honest i was hoping to have it back already but with the work load endless horizon have had i have only just managed to get it there im not too sure on the time scale but i would imagine i should be back on the road around 8-10 weeks 8-) 8-)

well its been awhile since i have updated this, good news is the engine is out and the block has gone to the machine shop to be sleeved :mrgreen: bad news is we have encountered the dreaded rust on both sills, so while its in the sprayers im going to get that done as it will only get worse. so i best get some pics up lol :D

some updates on the spec list

H22 Block
Darton sleeves
CP pistons bore size and compression TBA
Carrilo or crower con rods
Polished & balanced crank
ACL race bearings
New water pump
New OEM oil pump
H23 maual tensioner conversion (changed to kaizenspeed auto tensioner)
New timing belt.
KS balance shaft removal kit
ARP head studs
FULL oem gasket kit
Supertech bronze valve guides
Supertech valve stem oil seals
3 angle valve
competition clutch stage 5 (and matching flywheel)
Garrett GT30(changed this for the precision 5431e t3/t4 turbo)
3" exhaust/downpipe (decided to go all out on this part with a custom tubular t3 manifold and full 3" turbo back exhaust)
Walbro fuel pump

and i have decided to have a full bay paint, chassis and engine wire tuck im now extremely excited :mrgreen:

Ow, that rust's a pain. Very impressed with the work you're getting done though and great to see it being done to the car. Gonna be awesome when finished :D
