Ive had a look on the search and wiki guides but just want a general opinion, Front and rear strut brace on the 5th Gen, are they worth fitting?

the ebay ones aren't the best but they will still make a difference buddy

tramroad make a really good rear brace and the type s front brace is a really good upgrade

Just remember if you get a TypeS front brace you need the top hats to suit.

I've always been intrigued, what do braces do? If its purely a flash thing to do, or does it actually improve the car in some way?
