I have the same. Car went through MOT OK and my mechanic can't find anything either. It only started when the sunroof was changed so I am thinking along the lines of loose panelling or wiring hitting the body on bumps.
I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

Sure I read somewhere that loose sunroof runners will make a knocking sound like it's coming from the rear of the car??

Found it, it's a post on here;

http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... -t727.html

In problems to look for section it says;

Sunroof
This can rattle while driving if the runners have not been properly greased. The sound is a kind of tapping/knocking which seems as if it’s coming from the rear of the car.

interesting, i will keep that in mind!

No one knows where to get arb bushes? i tried ebay and local motor factors to no avail. i really dont wanna have to go to honda and would prefer poly really.

Also, in the wiki guide it mentions boring out the washers to 15mm. how is that done? put them in a vice and drill through? im no good if i have to get creative!

Yes, putting them in a vice and drilling through would suffice :D

Do energy suspension do the arb bushes? If so try funkypower or h-tune?
