How many cars could you fit in here I wonder?

Found something cool online? Post a thread about it in here.

Careful, I'm not sure they're fans of webbed feet in Suffolk? :?

They're not fans of a lot of things!

I wonder what's worse, being tagged with the incestuous amphib thing or TOWIE?

The main area is 11m x 8.6, there's a mezannine floor above that at the back for storing loads of crap on and behind that is another area about 3m x 4m that can be used as a workshop area.
Loads of lighting, power points, cold water supply and the owner is installing a water heater and stainless sink. Plus it also has 3 phase, all within ticket.
The current bloke has a spray booth setup in there, parts washer, welding gear, automatic hack saw, air compressor etc. Etc.

He's had someone else that viewed it, also wanting to take it on and they've offered to do some enhancement works to the unit when they take it on.

And it was all looking good, had a mate lined up to help me collect and move all the cars between xmas/new year, too.
Hopefully not another decade of looking to find something else suitable.

I know it's a normal thing to happen down there but I still think it's a gentleman's sausage move
