Oil & filter replaced today

I've gone for a Hamp shortie filter, mainly because it was only £7 or so for what is supposed to be a high quality filter. Not the most exciting update, but here's a couple of pics anyway

On another note, I have a fuel leak from the fuel rail

when the pump pressurises the system, fuel seeps out here

The bolt was tightened to the correct torque setting, are the seals in need of replacing perhaps? Or do I just need to tighten it even more
