Have you been cranking the engine alot without getting the car to start?

Where about is the lamda sensor in your exhaust?
Ignition timing has nothing to do with it.
You should be able to install the supercharger on any H22 and use it fine without a tune. But once you give it boost it will need to retarded and advance etc. I need the car to runa dn drive fine off boost so i can drive it to the tuner. I can even tie the bypass valve open constatly so i never sees boost.

The charger has a bypass alve that it uses on overrun and at idle so it behaves identical to a N/A car.
All i have done is use my greddy E-manage ultimate (GEMU), used the h22a base map and changed the lag times and sizes on the injectors. The car ran fine N/A with the GEMU and was running super rich before i changed the injector lag times.
I changed the lag times and it was at 14.7ish but the bypass valve wasnt being used as i wired it up wrong. It was using the charger but was still at -20 vacuum.

The primary O2 sensor is brand new OEM. before the decat. The innovate MTX-D o2 sensors is next to it but on the decat pipe at exatly the same angle.

So if my plugs are black why are my a/f at 20:1, why was my vacuum at -17 and then rises to -15 at idle.
Unless there is a PCV issues. OR there is a vacuum leak somewhere causes the super lean conditions.

I was thinking of getting a boost tester so i can find leaks without the engine on and use soapy water since the carb cleaner is stripping the paint off all components.

$h!t man, sounds like you're having a right PITA fitting this. I've never heard of this much trouble with them. I've seen many kits with liquid gasket used, including my kit - was plastered in the stuff. Can't do any harm to give it a try, just makes taking off and putting back on a pain to change the gaskets each time, but it sounds like you have some other issues going on along with it. The fouling and high A/F ratios are very odd.

I can see why this is starting to p!$$ you off. What you need to do is take it off and put it on the side in the house and just walk past and admire it every now and then.

Not sure what else to suggest, without getting stuck into your engine bay and having a sniff around.

- Im going to put my 1 stage colder copper spark plugs in.
I have taken my 2nd PCV valve off the intake and uses a 2 way 90degree fitting to see if that helps it breath.
I will start it and see.
I used a 2nd PCV valve since it was the only 90degree fitting i could find and its only a 1 way valve. But its correctly installed so air goes from intake into engine. But i have another open 90 degree fitting now from the plumbers section of B&Q.

- If that does not help.
Ill disconnect the GEMU and see if that helps.

- If that fails i will strip it again. Remove ALL gaskets and just use some of the locitie quick gasket i have. :(

I dont think all the injectors were seated properly so some fuel was sprayed differently. But thats sorted.
But if im running rich why is the A/F rations dangerously lean?

Its got to be a leak. Stupid wanking leaks.

I take it the car has just been idling as you have not driven it yet? I had a fault on my Pulsar (ignition coil) which meant it was a git to start and ran badly on boost. The car conked out at a set of lights and refused to start, towed by the RAC to safety  tweeked the coil lead and bingo we were off again. Got the car home and left it for a few days, tried to start it and it would just turn over. Pulled the plugs and they were just like your plugs in the picture. New plugs and it started first time. I believe I fouled the plugs by constantly cranking the engine and the ignition coil not being 100%. More the cranking though. 1) So have you been cranking the engine alot without it starting? 2) Maybe the cold start is just super rich? 3) Maybe you've got a leak near your o2 sensors: shows lean adds fuel fouls plugs? 4) Maybe it ain't as bad as you are thinking i.e engine isn't going to blow up? :)
