Yeah, the eBay one does look lovely. 8-)

That's just the starting price though..might go for more than that. Plus it's auto, so you'd have to pay for the conversion to be done. Possibly £2K+ all told once your finished.

BUT, it is a minter. And you would then have yourself a fine motor car, with presumably plenty of trouble free miles ahead of you (minus women drivers, of course).

So yeah, depending on your budget & your love for the Gen3, definitely worth a look. 8-)

N.B. I would personally have that niggling thought in the back of my mind though, that I could be getting a Type-S for a similar budget..

Just a thought though. Just a thought. :)

Crap luck mate. :(

I'm glad you're already thinking positively about options to move on.

Keep your pecker up.

If you decide to repair let me know any parts you need will sort you out given the circumstances
And regards the auto prelude my 1st was an auto and I loved it was in no way a usual slush box

I agree with Hondaboy, nothing wrong with auto's, if you want a manual, buy one in the first place and save yourself the hassle of converting it. There used to be the same debate about 250 and 400 superdreams and engine swaps between them!
