Ok people a little update 8-) Finally decided where I want to go with the lude and now have plans made for a fully rebuilt forged engine
The spec I'm looking at so far is

H22 Block
Darton sleeves
CP pistons bore size and compression TBA
Carrilo or crower con rods
Polished & balanced crank
ACL race bearings
New water pump
New OEM oil pump
H23 maual tensioner conversion
New timing belt.
KS balance shaft removal kit
ARP head studs
FULL oem gasket kit
Supertech bronze valve guides
Supertech valve stem oil seals
3 angle valve
competition clutch stage 5
Garrett GT30
3" exhaust/downpipe
Walbro fuel pump

That's the goal but I think I seriously need consider other upgrades to accommodate the power output :D
And I'm not 100% on going for that turbo I have been looking at the sc61 :D

I'm having daz and Dom at endless horizon Motorsport do the job seen some of there work and its top notch 8-)
