well i need the car for work atm so itl be bit by bit, this sunday im going to fit the intercooler, i know its going to be gash having it fitted but no turbo but its going to be a pretty tedious job out of the way
cheers i cant wait to get it finished now, i had to do this today to inject abit of enthusiasm i got to my limit though so from here on out its down to superted
cant figure out where to route it from here
and the pulleys were one of the best things ive bought i think, they went on really easy and look brilliant, as for adding to performance, meh, they are shiny though
ooo removed most of my aircon too, just need to get a tiny belt, remove the compressor and fit my alternator relocation bracket which will put the alternator in the aircon pumps old position
That cooler looks like it fits really nicely behind the bumper!
How about going through the hole above where the power steering pipes come through to the oil cooler? (Might need to open it out a bit) After the alternator's relocated, that would mean it should come through in just about the right place to join up with the turbo?
Otherwise, with the air con pipes gone, could cut a hole in the chassis arm next to the washer bottle neck (same as the hole on the opposite side under where the airbox used to be) ?
