Rear ones are bolted to the bottom suspension arm and hub.
You have to jack the car up and take the wheel off, then you can get at all the bolts. The 2 that secure the sensor end to the hub are accessed through a cutout in the disc dust shield.
The plug is orange, not far in board from the inner end of the bottom arm. I normally find the plugs need a screwdriver to seperate at first (tight as...)
If it's got all ABS sensors, get them all off before you scrap the car - people will always want them!
