got a few bits done today, quite happy with the results

unorthodox alternator pulley, weighed with my scales from work and its 200g's lighter
lightened PS pulley, again 200g's lighter, in both cases they were more than half the weight of the original items

silicone coolant hoses and replaced the alternator with a JDM one and my battery+cat temp light have finally disappeared! 8-)

gave the bay a good clean and its starting to look decent now!
