NCCMUR ive updated the post above with oil seal part number and costs from Honda.
All the bits and peices add up to a lot of cash
I got the woodruff key for the pulley yesterday and didnt like what i saw when i dry fitted it - its way too loose so ive hopefully got another oem 2nd pulley on its way to me - its either that or have a custom woodruff key made up..will know for definate tomorrow.

Orrrrrrr, change the cambelt at the same time and spot weld the pulley to the nose = 70k worry free miles
It sounds drastic, but I was nearly in this scenario a little while back, think about how long it'd take you to do the mileage, by that point you might be on to a new build or even car?

Im changing all the belts , oil seals and water pump so if ever there was a time to do something drastic its now...although it would be a last resort it is something to think about.Cheers
