Re: BrazierS' BB6 Prelude SiR
Was dropped off this morning! Really pleased with the work done, colour match is perfect, and all the rust repair is spot on.
No real pictures of it, as it's tucked up against the garage until tomorrow when I can get to work on the brakes, but snapped a few earlier to show the paint finish...

And then I had a spare half hour today, so went about fitting my DC2 Gear Gaiter and my Spoon Titanium Knob...

Yeah well happy with how the bodywork has turned out!prelude_h22 wrote:Beautiful finish on the paint work buddy. You must be chuffed
Black does look awesome on a 5th Gen lude
Just need to spend time at the weekend making sure it's all protected so it doesn't rust again.
Fitted my rear discs and pads yesterday...
Normally an easy job... 6 HOURS!
Honestly looked like nothing had been touched in 10 years. Pads were on the metal, discs were lipped beyond anything I have ever seen. Every bolt was rounded... nightmare.
Eventually got it done, also whipped my RH Handbrake cable off as it had snapped before I bought it, picking up a new one tomorrow.
Then it should be good to go for it's MOT on Wednesday.
