Does KARR talk?

I saw an awesome KITT replica at a meet not long ago, interior and everything was the same as the real deal. It had some sensors hidden around it and it random talked to people as they walked past.

Yeah, KARR talks. Fitted him with a 500 watt amplifier and 2 80 watt speakers in the front nose just for the voice. It's really loud. The phrases are limited though as KARR only appeared in 2 episodes and a different guy did the voice for each so you can't really mix and match.

You can get all sorts these days. Voice recognition and the like. The only real limit is how much work you want to put in.
