I used this mithod but with a palm hand DA and went from 400 grit upwards.braziers wrote:Meguiars Plast-X. Works a treat! If you have stone-chips, use Wet&Dry from 1200 up to 2000 then use the Plast-X.

Depending on how badly scratched/chipped your headlights you can go for a rougher grit paper like 400 as you said.

If it is moisture you might have a go with a blow-dryer (be careful not to damage any plastic parts with the heatnitin_s1 wrote:Guys but my headlights are not scratched or peeling lacquer.. They are just foggy from inside so I'm thinking no polishing will help with that.
