As the titles says, how the drokk do I get myself off them and what are the health implications of shooting one off each day? I'm trying the self scaring tactic!

My mate recently kicked a 6 can a day habit.
I'll ask him how it felt/what it did.
Personally I don't see an issue with 1 can a day, most people take more caffeine in through coffee per day

Monster and Relentless just give me gut rot or headaches straight away. So chemically... Red Bull's the only one I drink and that's only occasionally (but then it tends to be in vodka red bull binges!).
When I was on shift I drank a lot of coffee and at the end of the 7 turns when I got to rest days I tended not to drink much if any and found that I just crashed. I limit myself to 2 a day now (except on very odd occasions).
It's like everything, in moderation is ok but dumping that much sugar and stimulants into your body constantly isn't going to be good for it in the long run...
