First session out I had a lot of vibration through the wheel when I came in I checked the wheel nuts and the passenger front was loose. I've tightened them back up went out again and on the 3nd lap got a lot of vibration again. Just waiting for my mate to come in so I can get the tools out the van and check them again

Wheel nuts are all still tight so discs must be warped :(

It's not just vibration from them being grooved, is it? (that does give some natural vibration)
You could try the discs with the grooves the other way round to see if that reduces it?

Could it be deposits on the disc / pad? I have had that before and they got burnt off after a few sessions.

It's seems to be fine for the first lap then gets progressively worse

You need to gently file/sand discs & pads. As Merlin says, its usually un-even deposits causing the problem.

Sorry for the delay in updating after the track day, i was at the national meet the day after then on monday and tuesday i was down with a sickness bug.
The track day ended up going reallly well after i had got used to the massive vibrations i had encountered i was flying round.
When we arrived it turned out there was a mini challenge on at the weekend and the car park was full of team lorry's

session 1 and 2 was taken up by the minis and aerial atoms then session 3 was me in the experience track dayers my 2nd lol then the novices in the 4th session.
we had 7 sessions on track in all at 15mins each so enough track time for the car really.
Im afraid the cheap camera was as good as expected cheap so no vids im affraid which really annoys me cuz i had some really good races and anilated some much more superior cars out there.
I was behind a z3mcoupe for a whole session and he couldnt get away at all when we came in he came over and asked me what the car had done when i told him i bought it for £500 stripped it out and it only had a chip and was around the 200bhp standard he nearly cried as he payed £14000 for his and i was on his ass.
My mates M3 is an animal on the track and even more so with the R888s on ive never seen some one grin all day long like he was.
On saturday we went to the national meet and met everyone at the dyno meet, its the 1st dyno i have ever done in any car and was absolutely quality cheers to dino for the organising

This is also when Sam honda hardy pointed out to me that my front wheel is badly out of shape more than likely my bad vibrations.
and the very impressive figures
Image
Im very happy with it as i wasnt expecting anywhere near that i was expecting to of lost a bit.
then it was on to james house then on the drive out was an epic site in the mirror seeing 20 odd ludes in a line

At the meet i also picked up a front splitter from confused so here it is taped on in place

now i need to find some skirts and rear lip to go with it.
My mate with the M3 is a dealer in koi carp and has his suplliers sons over from japan this month learning english so he has decided we need to take them on the track so mike paying for my track day and fuel and we are going again on friday :D the plan is to scare the crap out of them
Tomorrow my cars going into the garage to get the LSD box installed with ATR cutch and lightweight flywheel :D 8-)
Cant wait to see the difference.
Todays work to do is put on my 2nd set of wheels as the toyos are looking a but raced for the road use and also take the front pads out and give them a rub down, the pedal feels a bit soft so hoping this may cure it.
