Toed it up to the garage with only a handbrake for braking lol: spent an hour today doing abit of stripping, bumper, lights:



All wiring and more bits:


I've to take the subframe out yet again and suspension, 2 wings to come of and then get sanding, preping and painting! Black engine bay and phantom grey Pearl on the car, going for that colour as a tribute to my first prelude/ donor car

Rust! It's taking up all my time and its no fun lol, decided to keep the car now lol and not brake it.

Drivers leg:


Few coats of Deox C gel and then I brushed on some acid and left it over night, pitting is very bad so it was difficult to remove:


End result is fantastic:



Starting on the wiper unit panel:


One coat of Deox gel:


A few more coats to go^^

A lot to do, I've the exhaust and heat shield dropped, bonnet off and front windscreen ready to pull out.

When all the rust was cleared and everything treated I coated the most vulnerable areas to 2k epoxy black mastic:

So then I rubbed everything down again:


Then 2k high build primer:




Paint in the next few days then sort out the engine bay for the engine, subframe and all the small bits in between to be sprayed up.
