I was wondering if any1 could tell me the main differences between a jdm exhaust and uk spec i know the manifolds are different sizes

The system i have on at the moment is a cat back powerflow but the downpipe is goosed (standard cast iron) i still have my full system from my 2.0 4th gen was going to change the down pipe as a quick fix but at same time i was having a look on ebay for manifold and downpipe but they are saying it wont fit an import

the jdm mani has a slightly larger internal bore, but all H manis and downpipes are the same and fit

4th and 5th the same just hangars in wrong place

the jdm cat is 2" shorter than the ukdm and the ukdm catback is 2" shorter but it still all fits

only problem i ever had was were the downpipe ande cat join if you try and flange a jdm to a ukdm 2 top holes in the flange line up but the bottom hole is out by about 3mm

but just milled it out a little and stuck in a smaller nut and bolt

all the zorsts will fit with some minor modds

the reason they saying wont fit is your 2.0ltr is a F and they wont fit an H

So if i buy a 2.2 manifold and downpipe it should fit?

I have a standard jdm h22 manifold & downpipe including O2 sensor that you can have

Thanks for the offer m8 im looking to have a stainless full exhaust in the end and re-mot is tuesday thanks tho

well i bought a 2.2 vtec mani and downpipe and i was able to make it fit no blowing nothing solid also, new disks on the rear fingers crossed this time if not i think ill cry
