best paint is warehouse floor paint, designed to have fork trucks going over it and leaking oil from the trucks, its not cheap but you wont need much, have a look at specialist floor paints, a garage size floor wont cost that much. you can buy orange forecourt paint real cheaply but it wont last, i tried.
bare concrete will dust and is toxic to breath

polyurathaine floor paint and chuck a bucket of clean sharp sand into it.

dont paint it. just buy a cheap mop. get a much better finish.

180 sq feet would not be to expensive, i did a warehouse @ 6000 sq feet, cost around £3000

gives a harder wearing finish and its much more nonslip. you can buy it ready made but its cheaper to just buy a bag of sand and wash it of dust and let it dry out.
