That's bad luck! Hope it gets sorted properly at no expense to yourself

I could do with this kind of incident happening to me as a few panels could do with a free respray haha!

Spoke to them this morning, and have emailed over pictures and a description of what happened. Just waiting on a call back.

Had a call back, I've to get three quotes for the repair. So far, so good then.

Find the most expensive body shops you can, main dealer only outfits. Hopefully they'll give you a cheque and you can then use that as you wish.

I'd also be asking if they would recompense me for spending a day getting quotes.

I find something a bit iffy about this. You say that there were workmen on site at roadworks...........

Ask a nice friendly garage to get you a nice high quote, being a difficult colour to match n all that
