Didn't take you long to get it fitted Graham.
That wiring was a mess so I'm glad you could make sense of it all. :D

Some of it was redundant I think - at least one part was some sort of ground loop isolator that had been chopped. Worked out the rest of the power stuff OK, and I did need the rear speaker connections - they are actually the inputs for the little Honda amp! :D

Interesting...
Are you running an ordinary 6x9 off the original Honda amp/crossover/whatever that sits behind that cover, then?

My JDM has one of these too, but the speaker's knackered, so I'll replace it someday. Hadn't looked at how I was going to run it when i get round to that.

Yes, someone had previously fitted an Alpine 3 way 6x9 into the mounting - not ideal, I'll be keeping my eyes open for a 6x9 sub in the near future I think.

Still using the little Honda amp/crossover yup - got that all hooked in nicely - tapped the feeds to the main amp mounted on my 4WS ECU so cabling wasn't too painful 8-)

Really good actually. Not had to properly use them in anger yet but a definite improvement over what I had before!
