Ideal sleepers. Really cheap remaps available via someone I know and huge cheap non hardware changing gains to be made. Add a 3" down pipe and system and the worlds your lobster.

Saab or Mazda
It's a shame the 2005 criteria is there, otherwise you could have looked at Stagea's...
(They made them up until 2007 but the last model year cars don't seem to have made it over here yet - 99 is about as new as you'll find)
I hadn't even heard of these tbh but similar kind of thing (also too old);

I hope you have a shitload of torx bits, and a good source of coil packs, if you're going down the Renault route.bristol_bb4 wrote:Test driving a megane at 5just went to see it and it's actually really nice! We shall see

Me & the mrs have decided on a Toyota Corolla Verso, probably the 2.0 diesel manual because of the great mpg. There's a T180 version but its probably not quick enough for you. Other than that they're a really good drive, reliable (except the auto), and the newer ones don't look too bad for a people carrier.
We figured the money we save on fuel going slow in this one will go towards making the prelude quicker!

Screw the Saab 9-3 Aero, 210bhp just isn't enough. What about a Saab 9-5 Aero?
I prefer this shape:

or, the facelift version:

There are so many bits on my Citroen held on by drokking Torx screws. What's wrong with regular bolts and screws ffsindigolemon wrote:I hope you have a shitload of torx bits, and a good source of coil packs, if you're going down the Renault route.bristol_bb4 wrote:Test driving a megane at 5just went to see it and it's actually really nice! TBH, I like Torx.
Way better than Posi or Allen.
It used to be a real pain because the bits weren't as commonly available, but that's not the case these days.
