Blue print and gates stuff are well known and good quality. Never heard of that make on ebay. Better off asking one of the US forums.

For all you want to do plus the small oil seals figure around £200 for parts and im guessing around £400 to £500 for labour for a garage to carry out the work - ideally youd want a specialist garage to undertake this work- the other option is do it yourself but you will need help and would best put aside a whole weekend to do it in. Is there any other forum members near you that you could get some help from....

theyre tensioners that the belts wrap round but you would also need the autotensioner as well
id did the manual tensioner conversion as it was cheaper and more reliable according to what i had read - there is a down side in that its said that you may need to do the cambelt more frequently if you do go down the manual tensioner route.

Thats fine as long as youve got the stopper bracket you need for removing and fitting the autotensioner. Others on here may know different but you can damage the autotensioner if you dont use it. You can buy them from Honda for around £15
