If he had installed the turbo Ecu etc then he will need to tune it and you can road tune but if you have a dyno there I'm almost sure they will use it as they can monitor manifold pressures air fuel mixture etc

You do not need a dyno to monitor manifold pressures, fueling etc as you suggest. This is all done with equipment we fit to the car and through the ecu software.
The "job" was booked with us to install a second hand turbo kit, intercooler, oil cooler and a load of other bits and pieces - the brief was for reliable LOW boost not to go chasing numbers!! This also entailed checking the existing map and making any alterations that were needed to make it suitable for this particular car ie to fueling (which was quite a way off it has to be said) and ignition trims.
The car has not been dyno'd as there is simply no need to for this "brief", would be different if Dan had requested a full dyno re-map and was gunning for figures. It has however had several hours of road tune to smooth out the map, and make the necessary adjustments to the fueling and ignition tables. The car is mapped safe and at a very sensible 5psi boost. If Dan wants to "gun for numbers" then larger injectors will be required and an increase of boost which would take it up to around 7-8psi which is the "best of luck" zone with regards to the H22 piston ring lands collapsing....some last, some don't.
Some other changes would improve power while still running at 5psi...for example, the manifold is actually quite good but the downpipe is a bit too small and not the nicest piece of fabrication we've seen...but it is doing the job!

Oh, BTW Dan, you spoke to Simon ;)
