The only other problem I did encounter was the o2 sensor, it was jammed in there tight and I wanted to swap my brand new £80 one in! That, and the fact that I couldn't get it to plug in. After quite a while of trying I decided to live with it until I could get to a garage on Monday.
Dropped the car off today and it turns out the old car side connector had broken off slightly inside the o2 sensor, so that's why it wouldn't fit! They pulled the snapped bit out and "click" it all went together

So I'll shortly have a pretty brand new o2 sensor for sale.
So now that's my exhaust all sorted out. And it turns out my ARB itself is worn. I remember being told this back when I had all the poly bushings fitted, it seems that it's finally worn so much the ARB is knocking around in the bushings!
