i believe sherry to be rather a refined drink. one that takes time to mature and an educated palet to truly enjoy.

rather like the 5th gen, which was refined and fortified from base stock into a full bodied automobile of rather more strength and stability.

lager = base stock = 4th gen

sherry = refined = 5th gen
