Interesting question...
I asked my mate out of interest - he races in single seaters occasionally. This was his answer;

(nb: I'm thinking about trying to talk him into giving that up and fund me building him a lude to enter the vtec challenge and for me to track occasionally, also saving him money in the process!)Brands, for Paddock and Mclaren/Clark.
Snetterton is pretty dull now I think about it.
Bonus answers: Donington is actually pretty awesome all round. Cadwell Park is fantastic, but fearful.
