Recomended Dampers For Eibach Springs

Post by toadster » Wed May 01, 2013 6:13 pm

Lo All :D

Just wondering if anyone on here is running on 30mm drop Eibach springs and aftermarket dampers :?:

I still have standard dampers on , which are ok most of the time but can get a bit bouncy.

Any guidance welcome peops

Cheers ;)

My bilstein B12 suspension kit came with eibach springs. But I think they might use H&R now.

Lots of people have these springs. 8-)

I have them on Koni dampers, which were @Dino's before.
With Koni's, @bennyboy had them IIRC, and I think @indigolemon has this set up too. That's all I can remember off the top of my head.

Can't recall how many miles Dino had done with them but I've done probably around 10k on them and they're still beautiful.

The konis are adjustable and on softest setting its comparable to oem in terms of comfort but once you fit them you will want to firm the ride up a bit ;)
konis and eibachs on my BB4 and no complaints :)

I actually had Konis and Tanabe GF210 springs. Ran that setup for years and was very happy with it, as said, on the softest setting, very comparable to oem.

Koni's and Tein's here, again, adjustable is the win!

I went with Koni-sports and Eibach's after research on the US forums led me to believe they were a good combo.
I would be interested in what settings people use on this setup. i.e. no. of turns from full soft on fronts/rears
