yep, i got a later style one, this is a 1995 prelude so i have the EL dials, and no sex blocker (although seriously, even without it, would you try?? perhaps if you were a japanese dwarf perhaps) , although im sure my handbrakes located differently to the one in the picture.

I could already tell space was limited and your not going to pull space from nowhere, but i think i might try coming up with a creative way of making it a comfortable '3 Seater'!

Ive been out looking over it now, lots more knocks and dings on the bodywork than i first realised, which is a bit lame, but proper inspection all round leaves me feeling a bit better, the odd bit of bubbling rust but nothings too far gone, some of the hoses and leads seem a bit old and worn, but nothing 'falling apart' so to speak. and that oil cooler, i think thats my little problem, although i had HORRIFICALLY LOW OIL. i have no idea what the chap before me put in, what should i stick in it to be on the safe side (although with that level of oil, there wont be much to mix together!)

Also, how the hell am i to know the correct level for the coolant, i cant see any measurment indicators?

Welcome to the forum Riverghost! :P
Your car is a sports coupé. How many passengers are you expecting to carry?

10W-40 semi-synth oil is recommended for our engines.
For the coolant level, top the radiator up to just below the cap. The reservoir bottle in front of the battery has 'Min' & 'Max' level indicators.

There is a 'ghetto fix' for your speedo needle illumination where you power the non working needle with the working one. It's just a matter of soldering a couple of wires.

Yeah the last pic wurly posted is of a cross over pre/facelift which didn't have the sex blocker but still had the prefacelift handbrake position.

No I never saw a lude for sale round my area? I'm sure there was a guy on here from Telford a while ago though.

Hey man, its your thread, whore away!!!

Nice clean car, bodywork doesn't look too bad at all from what I can see? Shame about the dent on the front edge of the bonnet - amazing how many ludes seem to suffer that :?

You have leather door trims, are the seats leather under those covers too?

That plastic clip is for HT leads. You already have a similar one already fitted just outside the left hand end of the rocker cover so I don't think you need that one.

fujitsubo (exhaust) manifold.

Whatever it is, it isn't the standard one.

Looks to have a plate on top of one of the runners. What does it say?

(Did the hubby know she was selling it?)
