The KSport rear calipers are an MOT fail due to not having a handbrake mechanism. Only cars that came from the factory with a hydraulic handbrake will pass.

is there a list of cars on the mot testers database that have hydraulic handbrakes? would they know?

Yes when they try to test the hand brake and nothing happens!

What I meant was that with the KSports have no mechanism for anything. People choose to fit an additional hydraulic handbrake, but this wont pass MOT.
