I carnt fault the solicitors they have been really good, it's just the medical appointment is only 10mins it takes me 30-40mins to fully explain my injuries to my doctors at work each time they won't an update..! Ill be getting copies of all my notes from base but getting then from the hospital is causing jobby loads of problems iv had to write into then and could take 6weeks for them even though my appointment is on the 26th April

this i had one and beleive me it aint no 10 minute thing the doctor assessing you is on your side buddy it will take as long as it takes.RattyMcClelland wrote:A medical examination will test reflexes, movement, restriction and some physio.
I had one. Its not a 10mins thing. If you explain everything you should be ok.
Call your doctor and explain it and he will refer you on.
Who diagnosed you with ptsd? thats a big diagnosis, anyone who has been in something like you were in will have broken sleep and anxiety afterwards but i wouldnt want to be labeled with that.
A medical discharge is one thing a section 8 is another.
