My life is like a frigging soap opera...

Post by bennyboy » Fri Mar 15, 2013 2:52 pm

Where do I start?!

Mrs bennyboy is only just over 2 weeks away from giving birth, so it could come any time. This, of course, is great, but:

My Mum has started chemo today.

Some daft wotsit crashed into the drivers door of the lude, and I think I may have to fight to not have it written off, even though the repair bill is £532...

I think the brake master cylinder is starting to go, joy of joys.

The ground is trying to swallow me up! No, really - A huge sink hole has appeared in the basement of my work building...

 I hope things pick up for you soon.

Yeah the baby could come at anytime, and probably the least convienient time for you as well. When my missus was due I took the week before off to watch the first week of the World Cup and chill out before the baby comes. The little git came a week early and scuppered my plans for a quiet week

That's all pretty rubbish man :-( Hope the car part, and the sinkhole part, get resolved soon.

Thanks chaps. Sorry, I think I'm just venting :(
TBH, I'm sure everything will work out, it'd just be nice to actually concentrate on one thing, i.e. the little 'un, but life never gives you jobby in easily digestible mouthfuls eh!

Very best wishes to your mum, I hope it all goes well.

Yeah, the sink-hole is just an awesome metaphor for how life feels right now... except it's actually real LOL

Like buses, it all seems to come at once. And just when you think it cannot get any worse, something else braks down.

It happens to us all from time to time.

Best of luck to everyone...
