Calling them what can do sums!
I have just bought a new aquarium. The size is 640x340x395
What I would like to know is
1 how much water does it hold,in litres and preferably gallons?
2 what would be the weight of water for this?
I was sold this as a 100 litre tank but I don't think so. It does not matter really as the size is right for me.
Thanks Paul(who was bored stupid during maths lessons at school)

I have kleptomania,
But when it gets bad,
I take something for it.

I would think you will use probably 75 litres of water. Tanks are calculated on the overall size, which is where the 86 litres comes from, but by the time you drop the level 20 mm youre down to about 82. Then you will probably displace at least the same again for substrate (gravel / sand etc) plants, ornaments...

Thanks the reason for all this is it comes with a cabinet that weighs approx 20Kg so I am looking at 94Kg. The cainet has 4 rubber feet on it about 3" square I need or would like to replace these with castors and want to make sure enough they are man enough for the job. The guy at the place I bought it said castors were not a good idea as all the weight would be transfered to a small proportion of the wheels creating a stilleto effect and could distort the cabinet. I think this is rubbish but I stand to be corrected if he is right. Any thoughts on this. It is a floating tank by the way.

I calculate it at 5245.1 cubic inches, which would require ~3025.1 fl oz of water.
