Just seen that you can now connect your OBD2 (5th gen's) to your iPhone/iPad/iTouch.. :shock: 8) 8)

You need to buy the cables which cost around £100ish though. :x

But after you get them there is so much you can do and it looks cool in you car too.. :oops: :twisted:

Would be good, if the 5th gen had a proper OBD-II port :P

Only the US 5th gens have the 16pin port required. The rest have a 3 pin connector:

Do you reckon we could swap our blue pin connector for a 16 pin connector like the one that iPod needs. :? Or is that impossible :|

Think you'd need the whole loom from a USDM car, if it was easy I think quite a few people would have swapped the connectors already :cry:
