how hard is this guys ? ive got remote central locking on the bb4 would like to get this done

Not hard at all, the instantaneous switch on the mirror controls sends a pulse, just tap the pulse to the central locking, fire a diode in line, and feed it in.

But does the micros fold in every time you lock your car from the inside?

so you can use a simple 12V relay what disconnect line when the ignition will be on

There's been a couple of threads on here covering the 'how to' in the last 6 months or so.

Yup that's mine, check my post on the subject.

You just need a couple of diodes.
