Only way would be to disconnect both the rad hoses from the block then and flush the water through from a hose. All depends how blocked it is.

Done that no joy and put rad flush through

Checked that the valve is moving that allows hot water through when on hot?

I'm guessing that's cockpit side of the bulkhead

In a word... No.
The hoses are impossible to get off the matrix pipes themself, so you'll need to disconnect them from the engine. One is easy to get at, the other is quite difficult.
