best place for replacement dizzy parts??

hi guys im in need of igniter unit and the coil part of my jdm dizzy as i swapped them over to my 5th gen lol, any one reccomend anywhere for cheapish replacement parts?

I got both these parts from the place Ammo linked to.
It is worth going into a store rather than getting them online.
They generally give about 25% off the online price if you ask nicely.
