It's reasons like that why vintage cars no longer get MOT's and why modern cars don't get an MOT for the first 4 years - the industry is so unskilled now that a lot of them don't have a clue what they're looking at

I looked at a car recently that had done 200k in its first 4 years of life - tell me why the hell it's safe for it not to have had an MOT in all that time!

It's MOSTL LIKELY that a rolling 40 or 30 year exemption from MOT's will come into force?!
WHAT THE ACTUAL drokk?!

Absolutely drokking bonkers...
In that case, I look forward to rolling my Sunny out the barn, resplendent with leaking master cylinder, blown brake servo, leaking exhaust and seized rear brakes and... Well, setting the off to the nearest motorway!
