what is this connector?

There is load of connectors in the Lude that dont seem to be connected to anything. Could be something mad like the AC link to the optional dehumidifier

. <- a wild guess.

Or one of the assemblers got a bit excited after seeing Back to the Future and put an extra cable in just in case

Absoultely. That one connects to the optional flux capacitor interface.

Have you got cruise control? Looks a bit like the connector for that on mine.

Nope, could be that I guess.. oh well everything works ill just hide it somewhere so i can't see it . Out of sight out of mind ...
