It's the rear, driver's side ABS wheel speed sensor; at the moment, the only place I can find it is in the US, about £140, but I have to find someone to post it back here to Blighty. Both errors, ABS and 4WS, both pointed back to the same sensor so I guess that's A. An expensive new sensor, but B. Comfort in knowing that I probably found the issue without breaking into the toolbox.wurlycorner wrote: ↑Sat Dec 29, 2018 11:23 pmReally? it

Just fit a used one from a breaker - that will be fine. They tend to be around £25 so for that price, even if it does fail on you (never had a used one fail on me tbf) you can buy replacements 5 times over before you're out of pocket!

I wished I could find one from a breaker, had no luck whatsoever. There are few people on here that also break them, they've been too busy to find me one from the cars they're breaking.wurlycorner wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 10:53 amJust fit a used one from a breaker - that will be fine. Is the 4g sensor the same as the 5g sensor?

I meant as in, I'm one of the ones that's been too busty to get back to people wanting parts
Don't know if 5g and 4g are the same, tbf.
Someone like @vanzep or @newkid who have broken both gens should be able to answer?
