5th gen catbon bonnet owners...

Hi,

anyone else that has a carbon bonnet on a 5th gen?? How did you get you're washer jets to fit? As the little hoocked bit isn't cut out :( and id rather not cut them out either

Washer jets are stuck on the underside of the bonnet, no need to cut the bonnet!?

There not stuck on the standard bonnet, they are fixed with a plastic hook and a plastic grommet / screw.

Stick them on with some double sided adhesive number plate pads.

Or you can do what I did and remove them completely and keep a bottle of water in the car for when the windscreen gets dirty :? :lol:

I was gonna use double sided adhesive pads eventually, but I then decided to put my oem bonnet back on.

Aha, a bottle of water for the "just incase" moments. I dont drive the lude that far so that may be an option and remove the whole setup :lol: Will see what i can dooo!

Those have the jazz spray pattern and clamp to the bonnet. Bit that goes through is threaded and there's a plastic nut in the box.

think I drilled mine underneath and attached them as normal

careful not to go too big on the hole, and not the whole way through..

but usually these bonnets have outer and inner skin
