Headlight Spraying Service anybody?

Hello!
Can anybody here take apart headlights and spray the inner surround black like in this link below:

If so what would you charge for this service? I would like to get mine done on my car!

I don't have an oven I am allowed to use unfortunately so am seeking outside help
How does rattle can paint hold up over time? Or would you recommend a more professional paint?

I know people that have split their headlights with a heatgun instead of an oven, that may be easier for you bud.

body lemonade easy to do. Oven (ANY OVEN) on full wack then off. Headlights in for 7mins. Seperate. Key the panel to spray. Put black paint on. put back together loosly. Oven again and press into place.
In Laymans terms.

does the same method apply to the 4g lights? my passenger side is silver and bugs the hell out of me

4g headlights aren't bonded together, they have metal clips that hold the front lenses on, so no oven required!
Just unclip and remove the glass/plastic lense! (nb: headlight or bumper needs to come off the car so you can access the bottom clips on it)
As well as the internal surrounds, part of the back of the lense is painted silver/black on the reverse too. I bought a silver lense expecting to be able turn it black to replace a dodgy one I had on the car, but decided that was a none-starter when I looked at it more closely.
Better off just buying a replacement silver or black headlight to match the other one.

Maybe the ukdm glass headlights are just clipped, but the jdm facelift lights I took apart were bonded as well as clipped.

Oh? Hmm... I'm sure I took the lenses off a jdm one and there was nothing to worry about?
Got me thinking now - I might have to go and check both types tomorrow!
