Soooooo,

I've been a busy boy this weekend, with moving house also managed to squeeze in some mould making and now have moulds ready for making the CF eyebrows

A big thank you to Sean for donating them to the cause, I'll get them back to you by the end of the week!

Don't worry, for everyone who wants aztec ones, they can be made from this mould as I have a huge pair of scissors which can cut the flick off with with ease (trust me on this one) . I can also then customise the end of them to any shape smaller than the orignials I have, so if you want them curved the other direction for example.

I'm guessing LLL will want the first ones out, will hopefully have some pics of the finished products installed by Wednesday so watch this space

The only purpose of the modelling clay is to help with the moulding gel (green stuff) to stop it bleeding under the part and locking it, not used in the actual mould at all. It's high tech stuff only for that

Yea the green stuff is moulding gel, more durable than resin and much thicker so easier to apply to fiddly parts like this and mantain a good coverage, also much easier to see the surface finish on to keep the mould in good condition

Cheers dude, I'm practising with the smaller stuff so if I bugger it up it doesn't cost quite so much. Building up to the bonnet spoiler / mugen spoiler / boot lid / sun roof plug soon

Bit of extra modification and it can be done, I'll get a couple of regular ones made first and look at a bolt on for this too
