Yeah I looked into the front/rear wing repair - it is possible, but as said already the curve isn't exact, at the bottom edge it trails off at a slight angle whereas a proper rear arch comes down more straight - but as long as you did both it probably wouldn't be noticeable.

Depends entirely what you're hoping to achieve.

You can also get the repair done with a universal arch repair kit (have a look at my UKDM profile to see). I had it done that way because at the time there weren't any repair panels available - then whilst it was in the shop, cebul launched his panels!

There is arguably more labour involved in using the universal repair kits and I'd have gone with cebul's panels if I'd had the option at the time as it's bound to be the longest lasting. One of mine is absolutely fine 2 years later, while the other now has a small blister half way round the arch (that will be easily repairable again though) .

Whatever you do, DO NOT take your car to Portslade Panelworks!

Sorry to hear that and can't say I noticed when I've seen your car. What's the plans for it?

It's not too bad at the moment, but is SLOWLY getting worse. I bought one of those rear wheel arches of Cebul about a year ago and it's in my parent's loft. Next year if it's bad enough, I might get the new panel fitted then.
